On some level, Radio and Digital (RAD) was meant to be!
We’ve known each other and have worked together in various capacities for more than two decades. It wasn’t until the summer of 2015 that our orbits would cross in both a collaborative and meaningful way.
Sharon gathered us for vanilla lattes several days after she returned from a real estate industry event. “I talked to dozens of agents and kept hearing the same thing over and over,” she said.
“We need to DO MORE with our marketing!”
Over the second round of lattes, we came up with the idea for RAD, building on our more than 100 years of collective marketing experience. We wanted to offer top agents something they said they needed: a resource, a partner to guide them through the increasingly complex and rapidly evolving world of brand marketing.

Of course, every situation is different, but if you would like a frame of reference to determine if we would be a good fit for your needs, consider: the average RAD customer is an agent/team with at least $10MM in gross commissionable income.
